1. Acceptance
By using ToolsTuna ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to register.
3. Free use and credits
Anonymous users get a daily free quota tracked in their browser. Signed-in users may purchase credits that are deducted per tool use. Credits don't expire and are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use ToolsTuna to process content that's illegal, infringes others' rights, contains malware, or to attempt to break, abuse, or overload the Service. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to files you upload. We only process them to provide the tool you requested, and we delete them as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
We work hard to keep ToolsTuna fast and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may add, remove, or change tools at any time.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsTuna is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
