Transparent PNG Maker

A transparent PNG lets your subject sit cleanly on any background — a website hero, a slide, a t-shirt mockup, a product page, or an app icon. The problem is that most images you receive don't ship that way. Logos arrive as JPGs on white. Signatures are scanned on a sheet of paper. Product shots are exported with a flat backdrop. Stock graphics come on solid green or magenta. The Transparent PNG Maker fixes all of that in one shot.

Pick the color you want to remove — white is the default, but you can also pick black, classic chroma-key magenta, green, or any custom hex from the color picker — and the tool replaces every pixel matching that color with full transparency. A tolerance slider controls how aggressive the match is: at 0% only the exact color is removed, while at 20% any near-match (think slightly off-white edges from JPG compression) is cleared out too. The result is saved as a 32-bit PNG with a real alpha channel — not a fake checkerboard, not a flattened background — so you can drop it straight into Figma, Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint, or any HTML page.

This is different from AI background removal. AI is best when the background is complex (a real photo with messy surroundings). The Transparent PNG Maker is best when the background is already a single solid color and you want pixel-perfect results with no AI guesswork. It's fast, deterministic, and gives identical output every time you run it.
